Episode 35. Michelle Wescott is back, offering her perspective as a black woman as Linda offers her perspective as a white woman.
Michelle shares a story of an incident that led her wife to question whether they should move out of the city to the suburbs. That sparks a conversation about how Michelle views living in the city versus the suburbs. Linda and Michelle then explore why her wife’s (and Linda’s) perspective is different than hers.
Michelle also talks about the impact of feeling like she didn’t belong because she was the only or one of the few people of color in school and in her neighborhood.
They then take on the topic of personal development specifically in regards to coaching.
