- " … a big lie that a lot of people say (is) if you don't go all in on your business, you're not serious. And I believe the complete opposite. I don't think people should go all in because there's too much pressure on it. There's too much stress that comes with it, just too much riding on it."

- "...people view it as fear of failure, but the reality is I think it's a fear of success, "what happens when this does work?" " What happens when people start to notice me?" People will say that they're afraid to put themselves out there but the reality is that you're afraid it's gonna work most of the time."

- "It's just so much easier to fail because people expect failure. People don't expect you to succeed, especially all the naysayers in the world, they expect you to fail. So it's easy to  say,  "I failed,"  "it didn't work," but it's a lot harder to say, "Look at what happened. No, I didn't fail. I'm here. I'm doing it."  And so we tend to self-sabotage, and  hold ourselves back."

- "Instead of trying to come up with all the things that you have to do, start with one. Something small, something that is attainable and get comfortable with it. And then, add on something more, when you get comfortable there,  add on something more."
